Career Path
“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18)
At CCA it is our desire to foster and encourage personal, professional, as well as spiritual growth among our team members. As one component of our process managed professional workplace ministry growth program, we have formulated a prescribed chaplain career development path. The goal of this program is to provide practical training and resources to sharpen ministry skills, and to recognize and reward progress in meeting these goals. This career path offers opportunity for professional growth over a measurable timeframe, with tangible reward.
A key component of the career development path is continuing education coursework from Corporate Chaplains of America’s own Corporate Chaplain Institute.
